We hope you are happy with your Minnys purchase(s).
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase(s) you can return the item in exchange for a alternative size / colour or a credit note to be used for a future purchase with the following conditions.
Conditions / Exclusions
(a) Items cannot be returned unless we are notified no more than 7 days from the receipt of the item
(b) Sale Items - Items bought that are part of our "SALE" collection are not eligible for return in any circumstances
(c) Pre Order Items - These items are ordered in especially for the customer. They can only be exchanged or a credit note issued.
(d) Original Packaging - Items must be returned in their original box and packaging with hygiene labels and tags intact.
(e) Shipping Costs - We do not refund the original shipping cost or the mailing cost you incur returning your item(s) by post to us. The original shipping cost is £4.99 regardless of order size / value.
How to return your item(s)
If you wish to make a return please do the following:
1) First - Notify us via our Contact Us page that you will returning your item(s), if part of a multiple order please specify which item you will be returning.
2) Second - Post your item back to us:
Minnys, Ewhurst, Woodlands Road, Bromley, Kent, BR1 2AP
** Please include your name, purchase date, invoice number so that we can track your return
** We recommend using a tracking service as returned items lost in the post are not eligible for refund / exchange or credit note.
When will I get my refund / exchange / credit note?
As soon as we receive your returned item(s) we will deal with your request, this may take up to 14 days to process.
Additional Conditions of Returns - Summary of terms
* Items that have been worn / washed / marked or soiled in any way are not eligible for return
* Items must be returned in their original boxed packaging with all labels intact
* The original shipping fees associated with your order are non-refundable
* The cost you incur returning the item to us by mail or courier are non-refundable
We regret that due to the expense of shipping items purchased by an international customer they are not eligible for return unless all shipping cost are covered by the purchaser.
Faulty goods clause
In the event that an item is provably faulty we will also cover the cost of original shipping and the cost you incur of the return of the item (via Royal Mail) in the form of a refund or credit note.
